Hyderabad: Shamshabad SOT sleuths on Sunday arrested Sudan national and three others for illegal contract marriage. According to SOT sleuths, on reliable information, they have visited a house at Roshan colony, Guntal Sha Nagar, Vattepally under the limits of Mailardevpally police station and arrested 4 respondents including a Sudan resident Wail Mohammed. The police seized passport, one stamp pad, two fake marriage witness agreement papers and net cash of Rs 1.10 lakh, 300 Dollars from the possession of accused.
The accused Wail Mohammed (31), Accountant native of Sudan came to Hyderabad on November 14 on visit Visa and made an agreement to marry the victim Neha Fathima for three months. For that he has paid Rs 1 lakh to the victim’s family through habitual contract marriage offenders Habeeb Khan (44), Shamem Sulthana (40) and Shabana Begum (37). The accused were handed over to Mailardevpally Police Station for further action.
