The recruitment test for Village Revenue Officers (VRO) and Village Revenue Assistants (VRA) was held in a peacefully across the State on Sunday. Except two centres Konijerla in Khammam district and Visakhapatnam, the test started on time in all centres. The key for the exams was released on Sunday. Many aspirants who appeared for the exams said that the question was very easy.
“I feel the question paper can be answered without formal coaching,” said Kanaka Lakshmi who appeared for the exam.
The government would select 1,657 VRO and 4,305 VRA posts through the recruitment test. A total of 11,84,234 candidates for VRO and 88,609 candidates appeared for the exam against 13,49,375 and 1,00,579 applied for it respectively. Chief Commissioner for Land Administration I V R Krishna Rao said that the test was conducted peacefully at 3,684 centres in 239 towns in the state.
