Hyderabad: Registrations are now open for one of India’s biggest engineering contests, QuEST Ingenium. A national-level engineering contest in its fifth year aims to help a large number of graduating engineering students from across India. The contest is open to all final year/pre-final year BE / B.Tech / dual degree students across India.

The top 10 teams, along with their project guides, will also be given the opportunity to present their project at the gala final event, which will be evaluated by a panel of judges drawn from academic institutions and industries. Besides the cash prize, the winning team will be sponsored to fly to the UK on a facility tour.

This year, the special focus of this inter-collegiate engineering contest is to get more entries from colleges in the northwest and west central India, which includes states like Maharashtra and Gujarat. QuEST Global (a global leader in engineering services), the brain behind QuEST Ingenium, plans to extend an opportunity to the top 100 qualifying teams, for exploring placement with the organisation.

To be a part of Ingenium, final year teams of engineering colleges need to register & submit their abstract before May 30, 2015. For registration and other details, participants can log on to http://www. questingenium.com or write to [email protected]. The projects can be from both mechanical and electronics streams spanning aerospace, industrial, power generation, healthcare and automobile.
