Composing to soothE souls
I was never a bright student, the only thing I knew was music since beginning” says Ankit Tiwari, who is well known for his melodic songs like Teri Dhariya from Villan and Sunraha hain na from Aashiqui 2. Ankit hails from a music family, his father owns a music band and mother is a devotional singer, he always had the knack for music which made him realise his dream to become a singer.

Ankit hails from a music family, his father owns a music band and mother is a devotional singer, he always had the knack for music which made him realise his dream to become a singer.
Ankit till date has composed music, to fourteen films and Ankit’s voice has been critically acclaimed by the music critics. On questioning his inspiration to turn into musician he stated, “My inspiration is and has been my mom, I grew up seeing musical instruments, most of the times they were the only company I had, I always feel complete and content when I am around them.”

On asking what all has he gone through to land where he is right now, he politely replied saying it was not an easy path and it should never be to achieve your dream; he started his career as a music composer for Television commercials and entered silver screen through Do Dooni Chaar movie in 2011, but has gained fame with Aashiqui 2 film in 2013.
“My parents have played a major role in my success, parents always should support their children to achieve their dreams and at the same time children should have enough zeal to make their parents realise and believe in their dream”, says Ankit talking about the importance of parent and children relationship.
Ankit, to burst out his stress, watches a lot of horror films and wrestles with play station accompanied by a good night sleep makes him ready for the next day. “Like every other profession music composition can also be stressful but my love for music has made things turn colorful for me”.
Sharing his success mantra, Ankit told “I always try to be happy and amuse myself with the musical instruments around me tuning them and creating new music is an appealing activity of my life”. Advising all the aspiring singers out there, he says, believe in yourself, work hard and go with the flow to achieve what you are aiming for and patience and generosity are the untold key to success. Ankit, has now a couple of projects in hand and will be delivering his melodious composition soon to us.
