FIITJEE is set to conduct its Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) on June 7, 2015 across 52 centres in India for student preparing for this year’s JEE examination. The test will help candidates guage their level of preparedness for the main examination. Based on their performance, the students will receive their Rank Potential Index (RPI) for JEE (Advanced), an indicator of their success in securing a seat in the IITs.

Hyderabad: FIITJEE is set to conduct its Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) on June 7, 2015 across 52 centres in India for student preparing for this year’s JEE examination. The test will help candidates guage their level of preparedness for the main examination. Based on their performance, the students will receive their Rank Potential Index (RPI) for JEE (Advanced), an indicator of their success in securing a seat in the IITs.


Students will also get feedback on their performance and suggestion to improve their conceptual understanding and analytical ability. Moreover, students securing a rank in top 500 in the exam will get a certificate of achievement and will also get free online doubt removal support to help them in their preparation. They will also receive cash scholarships, tuition fee waiver for FIITJEE Program as well as hostel fee waiver on the basis of their performance.


FIITJEE will award the top three FTRE rankers with cash prizes of Rs. 150,000, Rs. 90,000 and Rs. 60,000 respectively. Additional 497 prizes will be given to the top 500 performers, which will, additionally include fee waivers for one year extended FIITJEE classroom programme for IIT-JEE 2016 as well as the hostel fee concessions on merit-based selection criteria. The top students will get scholarships to not only support their preparation for IIT-JEE, but also their studies at the IITs.


R L Trikha, Director, FIITJEE, on the occasion of the announcement said,“It is a great accomplishment to make it to IIT-JEE. Only the best minds in the country succeed. However, not all students are able to crack the tough nut due to lack of proper guidance and support”. The last date to register for the exam is June 5, 2015 and the registration fee for the exam varies from Rs 200 to Rs 1,000 depending on the date of submission of the application.
