The great white shark indeed is a great animal in the ocean. It weight about 3000 kg, 4-5 meter long with 3000 teeth of about 3 inch long.

This animal is one of the biggest predators in marine world. Although the great white shark is an amazing creation of nature, nature has not just left the animal to have its day. This giant does not have the gas filled bladder like most fishes have. Hence the great white shark has to swim always and continuously to keep the buoyant pressure.

The message is clear, whether the great white shark is big in size, long in length or have 3000 teeth, it has to continuously swim otherwise may sink and loose its balance ones for all. It is not that it has to work for its food alone, it has to work even to balance itself in water. Even after it takes its full meal, it has to keep swimming not to find its next meal but not to sink and loose balance.

The corporate has to learn their message clear. In the name of evolving strategy, planning the future scope of business etc., the senior leaders in most corporate ‘wallows’ their time at the expense of the corporate and do little. Naturally people who work under the CEO’s when perform and bring result it is always seen and interpreted as the performances of the top management and CEO’s.

There is also another reason why nature has created great white sharks and other sharks without air bladders. Since it does not have air bladders it has to move always. Movement of such a big giant, the prey animals can easily see them from a distance and can move to a safe place. Whereas the small fishes that have air bladder can remain motionless and escape the attention of the predator.

The CEO’s who make maximum nuisance in the corporate are those who are allowed to sit idle. Most corporate prepare different action plans to engage people in middle and lower management levels but unfortunately know nothing about how to engage the people in the top management, especially the CEO’s and Directors. Like how the nature has made the shark ‘incredible’ and also has made them to ‘work for the money’ (advantages), the corporate must ensure that the CEO’s also work for the money they are paid.

Accountability & responsibility must be directly proportional to the benefit and luxury one enjoys. If such graph is not prepared and approach is not employed, such corporate always would remain as 80/20 where the 80% of people remain idle and earn and eat at the expense of 20% of people who toil. Understand the management message of nature that comes from the great white shark and employ the same wisdom while engaging people in corporate.
