Overseas Education is different from Overseas Career. Many think after spending lakhs of rupees, they will get jobs in US or UK, but the reality is most of them are not fulfilling their dream. On returning back to India, they are back with nothing but depression, avoid that.
Overseas Education is different from Overseas Career. Many think after spending lakhs of rupees, they will get jobs in US or UK, but the reality is most of them are not fulfilling their dream. On returning back to India, they are back with nothing but depression, avoid that. My advice is that if one wants to pursue masters in foreign countries, one must plan for that after PhD also.
Go in the pursuit of knowledge and researching, not for a mere paper degree overseas. That alone will give safe overseas career after PhD, better work in Industries to be identified as a true researching expert. Avoid those private one year education courses offered in masters and avoid working in grocery stores overseas to make money alongside.
There are so many better options in India itself to acquire skills and then go for overseas career. Why waste money and time in chase of another paper degree. I always advise that one should master +PhD after 3 years of work experience. Then you would be able to relate to your field with specialisation and a focused purpose.
Is it difficult to clear Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for science students?- Keerthi, Mysore
Not really, being a science student it’s not going to be a difficult task to study for this exam as it will be a general aptitude test. You can prepare this exam by practicing sample papers. Try to attend mock tests which will help you in understanding the pattern of the exam.
The fact is that most of the science students have opted to give CLAT 2015. As per my opinion, science students prove better in CLAT. The memory power of a science student is better than others and they have better retention power in General Studies often labelled as a tough subject by students pan India.
How mock tests help you score good in CLAT? - Madan, Machilipatnam
For under graduate CLAT Preparation, the candidate need to practice to become proficient in subjects like English, current affairs, logical reasoning, legal aptitude and mathematics. They must practice working out enough questions of grammar and comprehension passages. It will be a better idea that the candidates start reading English magazines and newspapers on a regular basis.
They should also brush up their knowledge of current affairs. Browsing through the recent GK books is a good idea to become well equipped for clearing the GK part. Elementary mathematics portions must be re-visited in order to tackle the mathematics section. The test covers elementary mathematics taught till class ten.
Mathematics section carries 20 marks and you can score good marks if you prepare well. A good mock test performance (80 percentile) will mean that you’ve got a good chance of making it to the top. A less than 60 percentile score is a nice wrap on the knuckles. On D-month, D-week and on D-day lots of forces of nature will try to disrupt you, your schedule and your preparations.
There will be some in the population who fall prey to these forces, some who’ll sail, un-assassinated. If you don’t feature among the top rankers in the first few mocks, don’t lose heart. Work hard and target a progressively increasing percentile score. An 80 percentile towards the end is a good number to target.

Which law colleges in India provide 100% placement?- Vasu, Ameerpet
Now-a-days, all the colleges provide the list of all the companies to brand themselves. You can’t simply depend on the college for the placements. You have to prepare yourself from the very beginning of the course. However, there are some reputed colleges who maintain the quality standards and make students industry ready before they finish the course. Here are some of them: NLSIU, Bangalore; NALSAR, Hyderabad; NUJS, Kolkata NLU, Jodhpur; NLIU, Bhopal; Symbiosis, Pune; HNLU, Raipur, etc.
