Chaitanya college violates safety measures, fined

Sri Chaitanya Junior College in Kukatpally on Monday was imposed a penalty by the Metropolitan Magistrate IXth Court of Miyapur for violation of fire safety measures.
Sri Chaitanya Junior College in Kukatpally on Monday was imposed a penalty by the Metropolitan Magistrate IXth Court of Miyapur for violation of fire safety measures.
Notices were served at the college premises and the college has been given over 60 days to look into the fire safety measures and put them in place.
The TS Disaster Response and Fire Services DG informed that the Chaitanya College was imposed a penalty of Rs 20,000 on Plot No. 56 of SP Nagar in Kukatpally and another Rs 20,000 on Plot No 68 in the same colony. The same followed for the Sri Chaitanya Junior College on Plot No 82 and 83.
