Hyderabad: Vignan University, Vadlamudi has organised a workshop on “Verilog & Advanced Design Verification” on Thursday, the five-day workshop conducted by CVC Pvt Ltd., Bengaluru.
The HoD of ECE, Usha Rani and Ranganadhan and other colleagues of the department encouraged M.Tech (VLIS) students to attend the workshop as it will provide a platform for working professionals to interact with industry leaders and exchange useful ideas and give guidelines on technical & research development.
As per placement needs in industry and internship, many companies are mainly working on SOC (System on Chip), and for this there needs a verification in order to test SOC for which Dr Usha Rani has been directing the students. Hence, the resource persons Guru Basavappa and others introduced “System Verilog” a new language.
