Why most predators generally prefer night hours for hunting. Why they largely are ‘nocturnal’ and ‘crepuscular’ animals than diurnal. Is hunting in the night is easier than the day? Quite unlikely! Although, most of the carnivores animals have ‘night vision’ to see things clearly in the night, but night can never be as bright as the day for them. Prey animals will definitely find it difficult to see things clearly in the night.

Prey animals will definitely find it difficult to see things clearly in the night.
The time of hunting viz., night or early hours of the day (nocturnal or crepuscular) chosen by the predators in general is not appeared to be due to the disadvantage of the prey animals. Although hunting the prey during such odd hours are equally difficult, but the predators have a strong reason for it which is beyond the sphere of limitation of the prey animals.
All the predators are known for their hunting strategy. They have to approach the prey animals carefully and swiftly for hunting success. Any slight aberration in their careful approach towards the prey can defeat their hunting success as the prey animals become alert and would escape easily.
The predators can easily manage the attention of the prey animals. But the attention or getting noticed by the ‘arboreal’ monkeys, no predator can avoid easily. Once the monkeys notice the predator, they alert rest of the animals in the forest. In most occasions, the monkeys cause great ‘menace’ and ‘nuisance’ to the predators. To avoid such nuisance only most predators, generally prefer or would have shifted to night hours for hunting than during the day.
The predators appears to mind the lest about their difficulties in hunting the prey during night or early hours of the day than meeting frequent hunting failure due to the arboreal monkeys during the day.
Remember, such situation can exist in your corporate also. Many performers and talented employees may prefer to leave your corporate despite the hefty pay package offered to them. It may be mainly due to the ‘monkeys sitting on the top’. These monkeys may cause constant ‘nuisance’ and ‘annoyance’ to these people and hence they leave the organization.
It is not what comforts you offer to the employees really matter but what discomfort the organization is giving them only decide and determine their stay and performance. Just because you are offering high salary, never assume that any amount of ‘nuisance’ the people may endure. Remember, ‘those monkeys on the top’ are only making the life of people in your corporate miserable and tyrannical.
Largely the monkeys in the corporate are assumed to be safe as they are sitting on the top (close to the top management). Usually the single man dominant corporate only nurture such culture and not the bigger corporate like Unilever, P&G or Garnier.
Remember, your monkeys can silently damage the success strategy and efforts of the talents people in the organization. Contain and control those monkeys.
