Helen Keller College of Special Education in Kadapa is all set to launch courses on B.Ed.Special Education (HI). The two-year Teachers' Training regular course has affiliation from Central Government Rehabilitation Council of India in New Delhi and Yogi Vemana University in Kadapa. The applications will be received from both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The criteria for the applicants include - 50 percentage of marks in B.A/B.Sc/B.Com Degree for OC, BC and 45 percentage of marks in B.A/B.Sc/B.Com Degree for SC, ST, PH. The ones who hold a B.Tech degree are also applicable and should have 55 percentage of marks for OC, BC while SC, ST, Ph should 50 percentage of marks.

The candidates who have completed B.Ed. Special Education (HI) course are eligible to write DSC exam. The government are planning to organize a Government and Private school for Handicapped children, Primary schools, provide proper education for common people, Tirumala Tirupathi devasthanam charity and teachers will be allotted for integrated Education resource for disabled children in every Mandal.

The candidates who are applying for the B.Ed. Special Education (HI) courses should bring in original certificates along with the fees for the course.
