Plea to recruiters

Is call/interview letters necessary to attend recruitment drives? Definitely the answer is yes because any institution won't allow the candidates to attend the drive without this as it becomes mandatory.

Then, what is happening after the recruitment drives? Generally, an online test checks candidate's competency in English grammar and comprehension, quantitative aptitude and reasoning (both verbal & nonverbal). Some organisations check core competency also. Those who prove their competency will get short listed for next round or interviews.

But, what about the rejected candidates? How do they know why they don't get selected? How to know where their weaknesses lie? Where do they need to improve their competency in order to shortlist to next round? If recruiters understand this agony of candidates and inform them about cut-off marks for selection, it would do them a world of good. Hope the concerned will consider this plea.
