Hyderabad: Telangana State Council of Science & Technology (TSCOST) inaugurated an exhibition on “Minerals and Fossils” from November 24 to 28 in association with Earth Sciences Department, University College of Science, Osmania University and with the technical collaboration of Muhammad Fasihuddin Makki, a famous Mineralogist of Matrix India Minerals, Pune. The venue of the exhibition is University College of Science, Osmania University, Hyderabad.

The principal objective of this exhibition is to generate curiosity on the precious resources of earth among students, research scholars and general public as well as to develop interest on pursuing higher studies in Earth Sciences, with a view to improve India’s human resource capabilities on Earth Sciences.
