Gandhian school is home of culture and teachers are the architects of the students .It was the dream of late Acharya Kesari Hanumanji who founded this Gandhian school in late 1963 to impart education for total personality development of children from all walks of life. His mission started with 14 children in two class rooms which delivered more than 15000 students in two branches during these 52 years. The mission of the school is to lay the basic foundation by injecting the humane qualities i.e simple, good manners, service to society, respect towards elders, devotion and confidence in ourselves.

Curriculum

Our school has a unique curriculum with versatile activities to accommodate children from all walks of life The class rooms are designed multi dimensionally with qualitative facilities. In pre-school students are taught through Montessori methods, play ways techniques exposure to various colors, music, dance, operations over natural flowers, vegetables ,birds and animals. Kids are made to interact with natural activities to make the educational concepts easy.

The minds of the students are conditioned through prayer chanting of Sanskrit hymns. The behavior is disciplined through games, sports, karate, music classes, and competitions and outdoor participations in various conferences and seminars. Students of the school have always been excelling in academics science, art, craft and cultural programmes. Unique programmes away from monotones memorization. The school has computer aided learning, Smart class with soft board. Visit of subject experts, Quiz programs regular projects on various subjects. Students compete in outdoor games like socker, karate, Elocution, debates and topic talks.

Gandhian School is a second home for every student and teacher. Chairman’s Message

Every man is born with a purpose. He had been bestowed with stipulated time to complete the assignment which he carries forward from previous life. Mother and father gave birth to the child. They take care of nourishment, shelter, clothing and all other needs. But this child needs to be trained, to become a complete human being literally, spiritually, mentally and culturally. Parents send their children to the school to learn, read, write, speak, calculate, play, think, express and develop humane and divine qualities. .

Teachers provide an environment to the child, to develop the required skills for all round development. The ego of the child is elevated with creative work, thought and actions. Slowly the habit formation and value development takes place in the child with the true education.

Education is a powerful system with which any Nation can nurture the desired citizens needed for the country. Therefore the curriculum planners and text book writers need to keep this aim in framing the syllabus for the children. The mind of the child is blank and whatever is written in their mind, they act in similar way. Hence, Acharya Dr. Kesari Hanuman contemplated to impart the value based cultural education along with the formal education. Students are taught not only the Board syllabus, but to face the tests and examinations of life to improve the right behavior.

Students are encouraged to procure 100 % results in SSC Examination. Scholarship to the deserving students and Special Awards, Gold Medals are being given to the top scorers in final examination every year to the school toppers. Science Exhibitions are being organized twice in a year to encourage scientific temperament. Micro talent competitions like reading, good handwriting, mathematical tables, poetry recitation, picture reading, drawing and colouring, construction of geometrical concepts etc., are conducted to inculcate Academic interests. Students’ club ( platform for talent promotion) is organized once in a week.

Picnics & Excursions bring out the children from the four wall custody, art of speech, sportiveness; cooperation and coordination improve the child’s personality. To sum up this school is a mild stone for generations to unfold their true personality for meaningful and purposeful life.
