The aim of the conference was to create a platform for distinguished research scholars from renowned institutions to share their views on contemporary and emerging issues, where eminent industrialists and academicians exchanged their views on growing needs and uses of Business Analytics and Knowledge Management. Arvind Ankalikar, Senior Vice-President, L&T InfoTech Ltd. shared his experience with vibrant examples from L&T group of companies.
He stated that future is all about services and not products. “The companies should always strive to come out with new and innovative solutions to address the growing expectations of customers,” he added. He further observed that data integration, data visualisation and artificial intelligence are the emerging areas.
