Nobel Laureate Prof. Serge Haroche, Collège de France, Paris, will be delivering the G.P. Birla Distinguished Lecture “How Questions About Light Have Changed Our Vision of the World and Revolutionized Our Daily Lives” at the Bhaskara Auditorium, B.M. Birla Science Museum, on Friday January 08.
Hyderabad: Nobel Laureate Prof. Serge Haroche, Collège de France, Paris, will be delivering the G.P. Birla Distinguished Lecture “How Questions About Light Have Changed Our Vision of the World and Revolutionized Our Daily Lives” at the Bhaskara Auditorium, B.M. Birla Science Museum, on Friday January 08.
Prof. Haroche will also be giving away the prestigious B.M. Birla Science Prizes for the years 2013 & 2014 to young Indian scientists below 40 years. E.S.L. Narasimhan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh, will be the Chief Guest and Nirmala Birla, President, B.M. Birla Science Centre will preside over the function. Prof. K. Rajagopal, Vice Chancellor, SK University, will be the Guest of Honour.
