Learning is good or bad for employees in the corporate? People may find the question very foolish and ridiculous. The truth is that learning is as harmful as no learning in the corporate world.

Learning is good or bad for employees in the corporate? People may find the question very foolish and ridiculous. The truth is that learning is as harmful as no learning in the corporate world.

In human world, learning means ‘life’ and no learning means ‘death’. One has to learn many things continuously and also one has to learn things well to achieve success and glory in life.

Most corporate defines the learning of its employees to be very short, precise and tangible. Diverse learning or talents has no role or respect in the corporate world in general.

In animal world, learning means loosing or become dependent on something than being independent.

Man has discovered and invented many things. Today man is ruling the ecosystem. Man has learned to trap, hunt and make use of the nature in a diverse ways to meet both his need and greed and as a result, the nature is getting destroyed day by day. For example, if animals have learned to resist or fight back, the war would have been between man and nature and not with Al-Qaeda or other terrorist group. Neither the World War I nor II would have happened in human world. Good that nature has never resisted or reciprocated in the same way as man does.

If animals also like man, had learned different techniques to trap their prey or the prey had learned different techniques of how to escape from the predator, many animals would have gone fasting unto death.

The animals that have learned certain arts so deeply in the circus or in zoological gardens cannot survive in wild environment when these animals are trans-located. The learning has created a bondage and not freedom to these animals. The learning has made them to forget their basic identity and instincts.

In corporate, if someone has not learned and updated means, he or she would continuously do what they have been doing and remain in the same place where they are. Such people would be happy also. Most corporate bosses also would like people who learns nothing, aspire nothing but are willing do the same job with great skill. In corporate, learning goes against inner peace and happiness. If the subordinate could smartly pretend that he has lot to learn from his/her boss means such subordinates are well appreciated by the boss. Naturally many bosses would like such subordinates. This is the essence of true learning in corporate world. To such subordinates, the bosses always appear scholar.

Learn to tell that you have lot more to learn from others especially from your boss and be happy in corporate.

In human world, learning of man has made him the conqueror and destroyer of the world.

In animal world, learning from man has made them slaves and learning of their own, made them winners as in the case of chimpanzee use stick to catch ants or birds build nests etc. The essence of learning should be to understand & support and not to surpass or suppress.
