Hyderabad: Datacipher, a Juniper Networks Authorized Education Partner, announced on Monday that it was recognized during Juniper Networks IDEAS/Connected 2016 conference as the Authorized Education Partner of the Year. Datacipher was recognized in the category of Worldwide Highest Customer Satisfaction, based on results it received for course evaluation for services across India, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

“Juniper is pleased to honour the partners who provide an exceptional environment, and the tools to foster continued learning in next-generation networking technologies, to help their clients keep up with demand for expertise in these areas,” said Alex Gray, senior vice president, Customer Services and Support, Juniper Networks.

This also brings us a sense of responsibility to generate more value to our customers who have shown strong trust in Juniper and Datacipher. All of our instructors have done a fantastic job in helping us attain utmost customer satisfaction.” Presently, it has a total workforce of 35 professionals which might grow by 15-25% in the next year.

This is not a mean achievement because Datacipher was competing with 100+ other partner companies and some of them are the biggest IT brands of the globe. This is in fact the third year in a row that Datacipher has bagged this coveted recognition.

The next year Datacipher is aiming at a turnover figure of Rs. 50 crore. Datacipher’s 31 percent year over year growth in 2015 highlights their dedication to providing the best levels of customer satisfaction amongst its global partners, and it looks forward to continuously strengthening their relationship with them.
