New Delhi : Considering the increasing demand of proficient graduate management professionals, Apeejay School of Management recently launched the Executive Programme in Management (EPM) which allows working professionals to further enhance their management skills. The programme, which has the unique advantage of having duration of approximately one year with weekend classes, will enroll its first batch from the upcoming session in March 2016.
The Executive Programme in Management is being offered throughout a year, across two semesters, termed as – Foundation and Advanced. Both the stages have been designed to meet the emerging needs of contemporary business corporations. EPM will be offered in weekend mode for the convenience of the working executives.
Prof. Alok Saklani, Director, Apeejay School of Management, observed that the Executive Programme in Management will not only augment managerial competencies but also prepare the working executives for taking up leadership roles in their respective organisations.
The Foundation Programme is aimed at enabling the middle-level executives to chart for themselves a path leading to career advancement and higher leadership roles, whereas the Advanced Programme aims at preparing the working executives for senior management and leadership roles in organisations.
Credits earned in the EPM are also likely to be accepted by some overseas/Indian Universities for lateral entry to their Master's Degree programmes in Management, if one desires to pursue further studies.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) and a minimum 2 years of working experience at the executive level or above.
Duration: About 1 year
Fee: Rs1.10 Lakh per semester (Total- Rs 2.20 Lakh)
