The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has decided to keep the date of the ISC political science examination unchanged. The examination will be held on April 4, when constituencies in the three districts of West Midnapore, Purulia and Bankura go to polls. The examination date was clashing with the first phase of legislative assembly elections of West Bengal.There were rumors and misleading statements pertaining to the conduct of the ISC 2016 Political Science Examination to be rescheduled. The council reiterates that the ISC 2016 Political Science Examination will be conducted as scheduled on Monday, 4th April, 2016.
