“In the academic sector, the main component is faculty. Faculty must engage in research. They should adopt the changes to provide good education. The management should establish the research labs to encourage the faculty for research.”
“If the students’ future is bright, the future of our nation also will bright. In the 2013-14 academic year 1.25 lakh engineering graduates had passed out in Telangana state, but 25,000 only recruited, the reason to remains one lakh graduates as unemployed is lack of skills, such conferences are important to improve the students skill set” he added.
