Madanapalle Institute of Technology &Science (MITS), Madanapalle hosted a one day national level technical symposium and project expo ‘ECLECTICA-2016’on Tuesday. Nearly 400 students from various colleges participated and competed in six technical events (project presentation, poster, paper presentation, coding contest, technical Quiz, group discussion), held in the MITS campus.

Hyderabad: Madanapalle Institute of Technology &Science (MITS), Madanapalle hosted a one day national level technical symposium and project expo ‘ECLECTICA-2016’on Tuesday. Nearly 400 students from various colleges participated and competed in six technical events (project presentation, poster, paper presentation, coding contest, technical Quiz, group discussion), held in the MITS campus.

Dr M Chandra Sekhar, Senior Director, Bharath Dynamics Limited, Hyderabad, explained the importance of VLSI technology, 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) to the students. He expressed that the research in the field is emerging and is providing much employable opportunities across the world in the area of wireless communications, embedded systems, nano technologies & robotics.

Interacting with students Dr M Chandra Sekhar, Senior Director, Bharath Dynamics Limited, Hyderabad stated, “Students need to enhance their command and skills in the field and need to update themselves in all aspects.”“As all our day to day electronic goods like Mobile Phones, Laptops, Mac Book, Musical Players, Tabs etc., can be operated by connecting them to internet,” he added

He encouraged students and faculty to be a part of the research and development. He concluded that in future in India, Electrical and Communication is excelling and there will be excellent job opportunities to young Indians.
