Human psychology always goes by the norm of seeing create greater believability. Therefore, exhibiting the right leadership quality and content is important for all those people who work in corporate. Nature has an example to prove the above management message.

Do leaves are green in colour? Or they simply appear in green colour to us only? According to science, any substance appears in any given colour is more due to the effect of light. Every coloured substance absorbs most colours except its own and that is how it appears in a particular colour. The leaves absorb all other colours except green and reflect the green colour and thus look green. Our brain and eyes also have a role to play. Leaves never look green to all animals in the world.

Let us forget the science in the present context. The management message is that the green leaves look green to us because they reflect the colour green and absorbs other colours from the visible spectrum of light.

This is how leaders are also understood and defined by people in corporate. What the leaders really absorbs or understand the given situation is different but what they reflect only is taken by their subordinates and peer group to define their leadership style.

If a boss reflects emotional resilience and ability to controls anger will be read as matured, wise leader. On the other hand, if someone lose their cool easily and ventilate rage and rant at people, are never respected or spoken high by people in the corporate. These leaders may be very intelligent and may have lots of reasoning.

What I see and how I see only matters to me is the philosophy or science most people in the corporate follow. All humans perceive the leaves of the plants only as green. It doesn’t matter how a honey bee or other animals see the colour of leaves. To us, leaves are seen green because; the green colour is what the leaves reflect. What they reflect is only truth to us.

In a corporate ecosystem, the interaction between the boss and subordinates is essential for the business success and hence what the people reflects only is important. Therefore, the leaders should reflect the right qualities and styles. It is not what leadership quality or maturity you reflect, how it is understood is also equally important.

Every display of an act looks for an audience. Only when the act is target specific (audience-centric), right message is sent and received. The above lines are not just an advice or management suggestions, but is science, an absolute truth.
