Mumbai: In a major move IIMA, at its conclave held at Mumbai, announced that it would play a significant role in Executive Education in the country and internationally. Addressing the conclave, Prof. Ashish Nanda, Director, IIMA said, “A well-advanced training has emerged as a basic need for millennium organization and IIMA has identified this as a key area on which it would focus on and respond to this challenge by designing up-to-date and competition training programs.

Explaining the Executive Education at IIMA, Prof. Sebastian Morris, Chairperson, Executive Education, IIMA said “IIMA would play a significant role in Executive Education in the future and would operate at a different level, leaving experience that would give lasting values.
The conclave held on 2nd June was designed for HR heads and leaders of learning and development in the corporate sector, Government, startups and other Organizations. The focus of the event was to restructure the Management Development Programs at IIMA. The conclave majorly discussed about the expectations and suggestions related to emerging leaders program, young entrepreneur program, organizational leadership in 21st century.
