Prospective students were excited to explore their institution and gain key insights about what lay ahead for them through the courses they will be pursuing for the next two years.

IMI- New Delhi has always been known as one of the progressive academic institutions in the nation that focusses on the holistic development of individuals rather than prioritising academic rigour only. Carrying forward that legacy, the institute planned a comprehensive program which introduced the students to the dynamics of business school life.

The 5 day induction ceremony began with familiarization sessions with the various subjects included in the two-year courses. With 240 students in Post Graduate Diploma in Management course and 60 each in PGDM-HR and PGDM-B&FS, the students were divided into 4 groups. While addressing the new batch, Dr. Dholakia also shared that ‘Commitment to diversity and inclusion is the spirit of IMI-New Delhi. Highly qualified inter-disciplinary faculty, learning environment and Intellectual reasoning are the top three reasons that have helped IMI-New Delhi to hold number 7 rank in the NIRF ranking by the MHRD’. ‘IMI-New Delhi has now completed the full circle and have become a fully integrated B-school with the inclusion of its full time programme – Fellow Programme in Management in the list.
