A new concept of humor has caught the fancy of urban audience in the recent times. Comedians are now enthralling live gatherings with their humorous stories, jokes and one-liners.Keeping with the trend, a stand up comedy show was organized on 9th July’16 at DLF’s township, DLF Gardencity in Gurgaon. Vinod Bajaj, humorist of the Laughter Challenge fame was the star attraction of the evening. Residents of DLF Gardencity turned up in huge numbers to witness the first live comedy show at the township and the humorist with his funny anecdotes sent them rolling in the aisles.
The program included activities for the children, which kept them engrossed throughout the evening.There was also arrangement for stalls offering a variety of scrumptious food for the gastronomical patrons.
Mr. Rajat Luthra, a resident of DLF Gardencity said, ‘Today’s stand up comedy show was extremely entertaining.I have enjoyed watching Vinod Bajaj on television but seeing him perform in person was a completely different experience. His sense of humor made us split our sides. The children also enjoyed the activity zone especially created for them. We are glad that DLF Gardencity has been hosting a spectrum of events/activities for the residents.’
