Black Lemur magic to address Corporate problems – A HR Message

The people who encounter various types of problems in their corporate life and feel miserable about the life and problems must learn about the intelligence of black lemurs so that they can see their corporate life a little differently.

The black lemurs in fact know how to solve their problems. Most animals in the forest continue to live with problems like predation but may do so, with or without complaining or grieving. Ironically most of animals also seem rarely only seek solution. In other word, they learn to live with problems. This is how many people in corporate also behave. They seldom think of how to solve the problem and instead they only think and worry about the problems.

The science of one of the weird behaviours of black lemurs, scientists have cracked. The black lemurs used to bite the toxic millipedes to produce more toxins by the millipede. Once the toxin is secreted, the black lemurs rub the toxins in their fur. The toxin released by the millipede is proved to keep the insects at bay or in other word act as strong insect repellent.

Black lemurs are appeared to have understood their problem and its prime cause - insects. Interestingly they have also understood the solution. The above learning perhaps they would have acquired through trial and error. They initially only bite the millipede and only then they kill them. When they bite, the millipede secretes the toxin for defense. The intelligence of black lemur is not just limited to knowing their problem or knowing the solution. They also know how to enhance the solution to get best result and that is why they do not kill the millipede in the beginning.

Every problems of people in corporate has solution as well. But some may be employing the solution also. But still they may find little respite from such problems. May be because they are not aware of how to makes the solution very effective.

Imagine, if the black lemur kills and rubs the millipede in the fur, perhaps may not have found complete solace from insects. Unless and until there is a need, the millipede also may not secrete the toxin. Hence the lemurs bite the millipede first to induce the toxin production for defense and then use.

First understand the problem, work towards solution and learn how to improvise the solution to be effective all the time is the message the black lemurs conveys to the corporate.

No problem is going to remain as problem forever. No solution is going to be a permanent solution. The solution also needs to be improvised with time. That is possible only when the solution is also well understood like the problem. Stop crying at the problems. Do not be egoist with the solution. Learn from both your problem and from the solution.
