Why most of the corporate people often live with high level of feeling of uncertainty, job insecurity and grief? Is it because the corporate ecosystem is such and therefore people are sad and feel uncertain about their future? Why most of the corporate people often live with high level of feeling of uncertainty, job insecurity and grief? Is it because the corporate ecosystem is such and therefore people are sad and feel uncertain about their future? One of the reasons for the above is that most people allow ‘the state of acceptance’ and ‘the state of understanding’ to function and operate in them independently than being together or complimenting each other. Unfortunately, many of them would not have even understood the real difference between the above two.
Look at the life of deer or zebra in the jungle. Their life is full of danger as different species of predators can attack them at any time. Have they not understood the above truth? Certainly they have understood such uncertainty and threat to their life. Have they therefore not accepted the above fact? Certainly they have accepted the above fact also. When understanding and acceptance operate together, one evolves and adapt to the situations.
Only because of the above reason, the sense of smell, sharpness in their vision, agility and speed to run, the culture of living in herd etc., all these animals have developed. Therefore, these animals have neither questioned their fate nor quit the forest ecosystem and moved to a place where the predators are not present. Instead, they have developed necessary skills and capabilities to overcome the limitations and be successful. Their adaptation and evolution continues may be at micro level.
Same is the case with predatory animals also. Lion accepts it is very strong and simultaneously it also understands that it cannot run either at great speed or for long time. Hence they live as pride and hunt in groups.
Evolution and adaptability comes when we operate with acceptance and understanding together. Most people think they are quite capable but only at thinking level. When they have to demonstrate any of such capabilities instead of demonstrating, they still continue to think they are capable. When a person understands that he or she is capable but must also accept that they have to demonstrate such qualities at certain occasions.
The fear of insecurity is only due to the possibility of one missing the existing level of comforts that they enjoy and not the opportunity. Capable person never feel lack of opportunity but the capable thinkers (only at thinking level) instead become prisoners of certain comforts of the corporate life.
When people understand uncertainty and insecurity in corporate life must accept the above reality and accordingly they should empower the self and look out for variety of opportunities around to have a spectacular career success. When people unknowingly become victim to bonsai culture, naturally think of capability but still live with utter misery and limitations.
The co-existence of both predator and prey in jungle with danger and opportunity, success and defeat, life and death, peril and promise tells nothing but how one must see life.
Corporate man seldom evolves because they adapt mostly for the present than for future. As a result of the above process, the corporate man becomes the product of the past than promise for the future.
In real sense uncertainty and insecurity offers great opportunity and the fallacies and comfort instead starve and scavenge opportunities and breeds victim hood.
