KCR complains against Gajwel TDP rival

Medak: After hectic campaigning, TRS chief KCR, who is resting in his farm house in the district, on Tuesday, lodged a complaint with Superintendent of Police Bajpayi that his TDP rival in Gajwel Assembly constituency was distributing money and liquor to lure voters. Rao held a telephonic review of the situation with party leaders. Following KCR’s complaint, police intensified searches in the constituency. They seized liquor bottles stored in several villages of Singatam and Jagdevpur mandals. Police confiscated liquor cartons in Chinnashankarmpet, Chegunta, Jagipet, Narayankhed, Shivampet, Medak mandal and Zaheerabad areas.
