Hyderabad: Although the Election Commission gave its nod to telecast exit polls after the conclusion of last phase of elections on Monday, people in Telangana and Seemandhra regions will have to wait for 24 hours more to know which party fared better here. This is due to re-polling scheduled to be held on May 13 (Tuesday) in 29 polling booths in various Assembly and Parliamentary constituencies.
Of the 29 booths, 12 are in Telangana and the rest in Seemaandhra. It remains to be seen whether regional channels will keep this in mind and hold back telecast of exit poll results.
