HMR MD calls on TRS Chief

The Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) MD, NVS Reddy met the Chief Minister- designate K Chandrasekhar Rao of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) at his residence on Saturday. Accompanied by a few officials of HMR, he spent a few minutes with TRS Chief.

The Hyderabad Metro Rail works are progressing at a fast pace and the meeting with the Chief Minister Designate assumes significance. Earlier in March this year, KCR had said that the Hyderabad elevated metro rail would cause irreparable damage to the history and heritage of the city. He had said that the Assembly was a heritage structure and the Sultan Bazaar area and Moazzamjahi Market are business centres.
