Your children don’t respond to calls? Block their phone

A mom gets tired of teen ignoring her calls, invents an app to solve the problem

Want your kids to stop ignoring your calls and text messages? There’s an app for that.

Aptly called ‘Ignore No More’, the new app gives parents the ability to block their kids’ smartphones from afar. The app was created by Sharon Standifird, a Texas mom who said she came up with the idea after getting frustrated with her teenage son, who one day refused to return her text messages. When you lock your child’s phone with ‘Ignore No More’, your child has only two options – he or she can call you back, or call for an emergency responder,” it says on the app’s website.

The app allows parents to lock their children’s devices remotely and then unlock once their demands have been met. To put it simply, the parent can place the phone hostage until the kid contacts the parent. ‘Ignore No More’ is an easy to install app that gives you control over your children’s phones.”

The parent sets a password that can unlock the phone, which encourages their child to call back quickly so that they can access their smartphone’s other functions and applications.
