At a time when international headliners are the norm for every major festival in the country, Reset, an electronic dance music showcase, steps away from the expected by curating only home-grown Indian talent. The gig will be held at Leonia Holistic Destination from 4 pm. The lineup for the Hyderabad edition is: Aardy, Adam, Audio Units, Jitter, Kohra, Midnight Traffic, Murthovic, Oozeundat, Praveen Achary, Shft, Tapan Raj, Tuhin Mehta, Amit Musicman, Stay Order, Surviving Soul and Zeesh - the last four are the winners - from Hyderabad of a competition that UnMute ran.

The focus at every Reset is on providing an exceptional, immersive music experience. Each showcase is marked by punchy, warm sound – quality sound being one of the essential elements of the gig.

“We got together with our artists to take a few steps back and many forward. We wanted to showcase the quality of dance music artists in India with large scale events and quality sound, instead of following the tired-old format of bringing a headliner DJ Funktion One is the industry standard worldwide for festivals and clubs, and it had to make its way here, and thanks to Phoenix Live, Reset became a reality,” artist manager and director at UnMute Agency, Dev Bhatia, explains the rationale behind Reset.

“Our aim is to bring world-class production, the best sound system we can get our hands on, with top artists from the Indian scene along with upcoming local talent into one space to create a special journey. Reset is all about the music,” says India’s pioneering Techno DJ and producer and UnMute director, Arjun Vagale.
