Exclusive organic food store at Brindavan Colony

To encourage the growing number of organic farmers in the State and to offer the best of natural products to consumers, Kusalava Agri Products has set up an exclusive organic food store ‘Jio Fresh’ in the city.

Krishna District Natural Organic Farmers Association president and former Zilla Parishad chairman Kadiyala Raghava Rao inaugurated the store, which sells organic products directly procured from the farm, at Brindavan Colony on Friday.

Speaking about the store, he said, “It has been set up to provide better marketing facility to organic farmers for their produce.

The food grains harvested using the techniques of father of Zero Budget Natural Farming Subhash Palekar are good for health. All the organic products are available at Jio Fresh for the convenience of health conscious consumers.”

Store director Chukkapalli RK Prasad said, “Vegetables, fruits, pulses and cereals, unpolished rice, tea and coffee which are grown without using any chemical fertilisers are available here at reasonable prices. The organic products sold at our store are worth their price.”

Industrialists and organic farmers were also present on the occasion.
