Youth need to be equipped with better skills.The government has come up with several schemes to encourage budding entrepreneurs and students having innovative ideas for the economic development of the nation.
The two-day annual business administration bonanza ‘Magnalite 2K15’, which began at Andhra Loyola College on Thursday, attracted a good number of students.Inaugurating the event, Krishna District Industries Centre general manager G Rajendra Prasad said, “Though India has abundant human resource, it is yet to become self-reliant on several fronts due to lack of required skills for the youth force.
The government has come up with several schemes to encourage budding entrepreneurs and students having innovative ideas for the economic development of the nation. Besides providing financial assistance to young entrepreneurs to enable them to give a shape to their ideas, it is also offering various other incentives to promote industrial growth, which is vital for economic development.''
The event has been divided into two rounds namely technical and Funzone. The technical round included Avyukta, The Rulers, Finanza, Marcadeo, Gestione General, B-Kviz, Biz-Wiz and Manos Amigas contests. As part of Funzone, treasure hunt, fashion show, dance and cultural competitions would be held on Friday.
