Large number of Greyhounds and CRPF forces, deputed for border areas to carry out combing operations in Venkatapuram, Wajedu, Dummugudem and Cherla mandals bordering Chhattisgarh to put a check on Maoists activities. Speaking to The Hans India here on Saturday, the Kothagudem OSD Joel Davis said, On the other hand, the AP police are also on high alert following the recent killings of five Adivasis in the name of ‘informers’ by the CPI-Maoists.
