Vivanta by Taj, Begumpet, in association with Comedy Store India will present the eighth episode of Trip Tease, a night of rib tickling performances by India’s best stand-up comics tonight. Stand-up artists Sundeep Rao and Anirban Dasgupta will perform from 8 pm-10 pm.

Sundeep Rao was born in Bengaluru and calls himself a confused vegetarian. He currently works for a radio station as an assistant producer. At heart, Sundeep is a writer, thinker and a terrible lover, who loves listening to extremely cheesy music. He feels that comedy is the best way to remain sane in this warped world. His philosophy is quite simple - life is funny.
Meanwhile Anirban Dasgupta is an engineer turned corporate salesman turned married man by the age of 24. “That is a ridiculous age for a Bengali to get married, unless the girl is pregnant,” he smirks. Going by the very smart decision making he had displayed in life, comedy was the next logical move. He likes to talk about his inter community marriage, corporate life, politics (because he’s a Bengali), social media and various current affairs. He is based in Kolkata.
The show be followed by an after party with DJ Piyush Bajaj from 10 pm. Price will be Rs 3,000 per couple (Rs 2,000 redeemable after party) and Rs 1,500 for a stag (Rs 1,000 redeemable after party).
