Two day worrkshop on capacity building
A two-day workshop on Capacity Building on Co-Scholastic Aspects of CCE is underway in DAV Safilguda on August 10th and 11th for the new generation CBSE schools of Telangana. CCE or Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation envisages carving well rounded individuals bolstered with life skills besides academics in order to be socially adaptive, emotionally stable and commercially viable.

According to the Programme Director and Principal DAV Safilguda, Smt. Seetha Kiran, 80 teachers from forty schools across the state have been registered for the programme who will in turn disseminate the same at their schools and around. This is an endeavour by the CBSE COE, Kakinada to capacitate teachers in strengthening life skills in students and also evaluate them appropriately under the set standards.
