Try out this healthy, easy to make recipe and you can have a guilt free sweet indulgence!

Ingredients

• 4 figs

• 5 scoops vanilla protein powder

• 40 gm oat flour

• 1 cup sugar substitute

• 1 pinch cinnamon powder

• 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

• 2 tbsp yoghurt

Method

  • Heat the oven to 180 degree celsius.
  • Grind the fig to a chutney or sauce.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Pour the wet mixture gradually into the dry mix and stir all together to a smooth mixture.
  • Use muffin tray or paper forms greased with non-fat cooking spray. Pour the mixture and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Do not overbake. They should remain a bit soft inside.
