Products with colours of the Indian National Flag have been selling like hot cakes and demand for Khadi kurtas has grown tremendously, which claims to have 45 million registered customers.

The demand for items such as mobile case, laptop skins and T-shirts in the tricolour -- saffron, white and green -- is said to have grown over 60 per cent since the last month. Even patriotic movie DVDs such as – ‘Gandhi’ (Collector's Edition), ‘Swades’, ‘Lagaan’ and ‘Rang De Basanti’ have regained popularity. The website is also offering a selection of over a thousand products by Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC).
