Donate blood to save lives: MLA

The NSS unit of Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala, in association with NTR Trust, organised a blood grouping and blood donation camp, on Friday. Speaking after inaugurating the camp, Penamaluru MLA, Bode Prasad, highlighted the importance of blood donation, which saves lives during medical emergencies.

He called upon students to show compassion towards the poor and underprivileged by taking inspiration from the noble deeds of Mother Teresa. Later, the MLA donated blood at the camp. College principal T Vijaya Lakshmi, NSS coordinators and representatives of NTR Trust were present.
