Free medical camp for students. A two-day ‘Free Medical Camp’ offering medical checkup and distributing medicines for students of Mandal Parishad Upper Primary School, Kamlanagar, ECIL began on Monday.
A two-day ‘Free Medical Camp’ offering medical checkup and distributing medicines for students of Mandal Parishad Upper Primary School, Kamlanagar, ECIL began on Monday. Chief Medical Officer ECIL, Dr K Aruna, along with her team conducted medical checkup including weight, BP screening, skin, hair and teeth vision tests.

ECIL doctors distributed deworming tablet, multi vitamin syrup, folic acid syrup, calcium and iron tablets and health drink bottles.The camp is organised as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL).
P Sudhakar, Chairman and Managing Director, ECIL inaugurated the camp and addressed students to study well and develop skills to become successful professional. VSB Babu, Director (personnel) and office bearers of ECIL staff and Workers Union and Officers Assosciation also participated in the camp.
Bhavan’s Sharada Hospitals, Sainikpuri also extended their cooperation.ECIL has selected upgrading the physical infrastructure and computer education in government schools as its main activities under its CSR programme.
It has adopted 17 schools and constructed several classrooms, multi-purpose halls, computer labs and toilet blocks, and supplied large number of dual desks and benches in the schools in the last four years.
