Maxcure treats two complex gastro cases successfully

MaxCure’s Secretariat facility has recently handled two rare gastro cases, giant cavernous hemangioma and multiple fibroids, which involved complex surgeries.

In the first case, 42-year-old Gopada Lakshmi complained of abdominal discomfort was found to have large multiple fibroids arising from uterus and cervix extending up to upper part of the abdomen. She was operated using techniques like laparotomy, total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy in a three-hour long procedure.

30-year-old Abdul Khadar was diagnosed with giant cavernous hemangioma. He was administered a total wide excision of tumour over the left infra scapular region along with skin grafting. Dr KA Muqueet, renowned General and Laparoscopic Surgeon and his team of experts handled these cases.
