Riding With India. More than 300 cyclists of different age groups took part in the ‘I Ride With India’ campaign of Cycling India, which was flagged off by Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Commissioner Nagulapalli Srikanth at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) Stadium in the city on Sunday.

Capital Cycling Club (CCC) organised the rally to promote cycling as an activity for a pollution free environment and a healthy society. The campaign of Cycling India was held simultaneously in 150 cities and towns across the country. The cycle rally concluded at the stadium after touching Benz Circle and Police Control Room on Mahatma Gandhi Road.

Speaking on the occasion, Capital Cycling Club president Dr K Satya Kumar said, ``We are making efforts to promote cycling as the best mode of transport for all sections of the society.’’ ACPs Hari Krishna and Prabhakar Babu, CCC members Dr PSN Prasad, Ch Rakesh and others took part in the campaign.
