Stronger Teeth campaign covers 2 govt schools. The Department of Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry of St Joseph Dental College, Eluru, has distributed 240 dining plates to students of the Mandal Parishad Upper Primary School at Ammapalem and the primary school at Ankannagudem in West Godavari district.

The Department of Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry of St Joseph Dental College, Eluru, has distributed 240 dining plates to students of the Mandal Parishad Upper Primary School at Ammapalem and the primary school at Ankannagudem in West Godavari district.

The college management on Tuesday said a dental camp was also organised for the schoolchildren, in collaboration with the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD) as part of the ‘Stronger Teeth’ campaign.

Ammapalem School headmaster Krishna Rao, Ankannagudem School headmistress Vijaya Lakshmi and MPTC member Naga Lakshmi lauded the initiative taken by Dr M Ghana Syam Prasad, Head of Department of Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry.

College chairman Bishop Jaya Rao Polimera, secretary and correspondent Fr N George and Principal Dr N Sleeva Raju also appreciated the gesture of HoD and the faculty.
