Gurudatta Prasad is BDL Director

V Gurudatta Prasad has assumed charge as Director (Production) of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) with an experience spanning over 30 years in areas of ‘Missile Production’, which includes areas like Systems Engineering, Component Production and Assembly.He has also established facilities for integration and testing of Milan - 2T Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM).
V Gurudatta Prasad has assumed charge as Director (Production) of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) with an experience spanning over 30 years in areas of ‘Missile Production’, which includes areas like Systems Engineering, Component Production and Assembly.He has also established facilities for integration and testing of Milan - 2T Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM).
He has been instrumental in accelerating indigenisation of components, Machines and test equipments of Milan - 2T ATGM. An M Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management from JNTU, Hyderabad, Prasad did his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. Prior to his new appointment, he has served as General Manager (Bhanur Unit).
