Muffakham Jah ties up with Microsoft

Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology has established a ‘Centre for Innovative Computing’ in the department of computer science and engineering on Tuesday. The centre is equipped with latest state-of-the art infrastructure including all-in-one desktop systems with ultra-modern configuration, audio visual equipment to accommodate 60 students.

The centre will try and bridge the gap between curricular education and technical skill demand from the industry by empowering students with the latest IT skills needed for better employability in today’s technologically competent job market.

Currently, the centre has tied up with Microsoft Inc. and established the ‘Microsoft IT Academy to provide Microsoft certification in various domains like mobile application development, cloud application development, big data application development, game development, and Internet of Things. The centre is in advanced stage of tie-up with other IT giants like Google, SAP, Oracle, and IBM.
