Medho wiz 2015 on 14th and 15th, 2015, at the University Campus, Rajaraja Narendra Nagar Rajahmundry.

The event’s inaugration was held on Wednesday and Prof. EN Dhanamjaya Rao, Incharge Vice-Chancellor, who was the Chief Guest, addressing the congregation said that by organizing such innovative and creative programmes,

students will impart hands on exposure of management tactics and practices, hone effective business decision skills. He also said that, DOMS has commenced,

another professional and career oriented course MBA (Tourism and Hospitality) which is in line with the vision of Government of Andhra Pradesh, to make Rajahmundry as a hub for tourism and knowledge.

This is a cource with a lot of potential and professionalism, coupled with bright career opportunities for young aspirants. He emphasized that the MBA students should learn management by doing method and enhances acumenship.

B Sridharan, General Manager, Logistics, International AP Paper Mill, Rajahmundry has said that this type events inculcate good learning habits, workaholic, hardworking habits and it is like laboratory practical to management students. Dr PRK Raju,

formerly GM Human Resources, ONGC, Rajahmundry has said that this type of simulated practical learning in management educational pursuits “Management week” equip the MBA students to face real life challenges effectively and efficiently.

S Teki, Dean Academic Affairs has said that an effective decision at an appropriate time and right place makes professional manager to become successful and helps the manager to spearhead various management tasks.

Dr N Uday Bhaskar, Head of the Department presided over the function and he said that the DOMS has been growing by leaps and bounds, meritorious students are joining the DOMS,

the service sector in is growing it will play greater role in providing bright careers in management field India and the MBA students should equip themselves through participating in this type of management events and capitalize on the opportunities.

Over about 1000 students from East and West Godavari, Vishakapatanam and other districts are participating in these events. Events like Bull Vs Bear,

Young Manager, Win as much as you can, Tower Building, Business Quiz and also various cultural events were conducted.
