DPMS coming in 15 days!
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is on its way for the implementation of the ‘Development Permissions Management Systems’ (DPMS) within fifteen days. The announcement came from HMDA authorities on Tuesday.

With this system, the HMDA is aiming for an end-to-end solution implementation in a phased manner by building a database of registered architects and structural engineers.
The system provides a single-point entry for all submissions in which the applicant can submit requests online after registering for Rs 1,000; upload pre-DCR drawings and other documents to initiate the process. Applications are scrutinised on the bases of byelaws and later progressed for “approval release” after payment by the applicants.
In addition, the HMDA is planning for a ‘SWIFT Orientation’ and detailed hands-on sessions for the registered applicants in November to explain standardised and uniform working procedures and for the introduction of DPMS.
