Soaking up Christmas spirit

A scrumptious and moist Christmas cake is on everyone’s list of must-dos, come December – and is best enjoyed when you ignore the pounds you might gain.

The traditional variety of the cake is made with plenty of dry fruits and nuts that are soaked in rum. Welcoming the yearly ritual of soaking and baking, a Christmas cake mixing event was held at Taj Vivanta on Wednesday.
